Preheat broiler or toaster oven. Halve and core 1 pear; place on a baking sheet. Broil until tender (10–12 minutes). In a small bowl, combine1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Top warm pear with ricotta mixture.
