Priyanka Chopra Just Joined In on the Clavicle Bob Trend for Fall
Her hairstylist showed off her fresh new cut for fall on Instagram.
By now, we’re well aware that the bob trend is here to stay for fall, with everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Robert Pattinson debuting bob haircuts lately. But if your hair is long and you’re not quite ready to make a major chop, you might be afraid to take the plunge. That’s why we love the clavicle bob. It’s an entry-level bob for those who want to test the waters without losing a ton of length.
Ashley Benson just debuted the gorgeous, collarbone-grazing bob, and now Priyanka Chopra is on the clavicle bob bandwagon.
Her hairstylist showed off her fresh new cut for fall on Instagram. Hair guru Harry Josh shared a video of the Baywatch star touching up her makeup—cozy white robe and all—on September 11th, revealing that he recently gave her a new cut and color. After sporting warm, honey blonde highlights for summer, Chopra now has a deep chocolate shade, complete with a wavy, clavicle-grazing bob. It’s certainly a great way to experiment with a bob without losing too much length in the process.
Here’s a video of Chopra tossing her hair while she attends the Cannes Film Festival, taken in May. Her long, honey-brown waves are alive and well.
And here’s the Quantico star now, showing off her fresh fall cut in a video taken by Josh as she touches up her mascara. So gorgeous, right?
Of course, even though this look is totally on-trend for fall, it’s actually a fresh take on the clavicle bob or lob, making it the perfect transitional look for those wanting a new vibe without going into scissor shock.
In fact, Chopra herself has tried the look before in the past. On her birthday in July, Josh shared a stunning throwback shot of her from the first day they met on the set of a photo shoot in 2016. In it, she’s rocking the heck out of a clavicle bob.
It’s safe to say we’re inspired.
