Watch at your own risk.

Pimple-popping and cyst-removal videos are kind of like reoccurring nightmares. Sure, they’re scary as hell. But at the same time, they’re also kind of fascinating. We just can’t look away (even though we want to). This pimple-popping video from Dr. Sandra Lee (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) is no different. She’s tackling a man’s face cyst, and the video evidence will seriously cause cold sweats — so watch at your own risk.

“Let’s see what’s gonna get me here,” Dr. Lee says while making the first incision. The cyst itself is quite large — about the size of a ping-pong ball — and resides on the man’s cheek. “It’s a cyst! You had a baby cyst,” Dr. Lee confirms.

We’re glad that it was just a little ol’ cyst and all, but the stuff coming out of it is giving us goosebumps. Why is it that color? And why is there so much of it?

How are you guys holding up after that? Are you still with us? Guys?!

If you didn’t manage to make it through the first 10 seconds, we totally understand. And to be honest, after all that “wet oatmeal,” as Dr. Lee called it, is removed, she takes a pair of surgical scissors to what’s left and begins to remove the “sack.” Ugh, we’re so sorry about our language.

Then, Dr. Lee gets a tiny hook tool involved — it’s just all a bit overwhelming.

But finally, after almost 10 minutes of extracting, Dr. Lee is able to stitch the man up and book a follow-up appointment. Thank goodness people like Dr. Lee exist, because we would not be able to handle a face cyst like that on our own.
