Juice 2 clementines into a large bowl.Whisk in oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Peel remaining 8 clementines. Slice flesh crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick rounds, removing and discarding seeds.
Add greens, almonds, blue cheese, and pomegranate arils to vinaigrette in bowl, and gently toss to coat. Transfer mixture to a large platter; top with clementine rounds.
