Jennifer Schwartz, MD, is a practicing surgeon and Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Schwartz is very active in the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES)where she has contributed and participated in multiple presentations and national committees. She is also passionate about medical student and resident education. She has previously served as a faculty member at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for three years and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for two years. 


Dr. Schwartz received her doctoral degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She completed her residency in general surgery and a minimally invasive and bariatric surgery fellowship at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
