Take a bath
Some people swear by soaking in a warm oatmeal bath. You can pick up an inexpensive product at your local drug store or mix one cup of oatmeal in your bath. Dead Sea salts, oil, or Epsom salts in a bath may also remove scales and reduce itching. What Not to Wear stylist Stacy London, who has psoriasis, says on her web site that she finds oatmeal products to be "incredibly soothing."
