Easy As Pie: 5 Summer Pie Recipes Ingredients 1 cup Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Cereal1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt3 ripe bananas1/2 cup pecans, chopped1/4 cup maple syrup1/2 cup whole milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Pecan Blondies Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in cereal, cinnamon and salt. Simmer, stirring, until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. 2. Slice 2 bananas; arrange in a 9-inch pie plate. Toss nuts with 1 Tbsp. syrup. Stir milk, vanilla and remaining syrup into cereal; spread over bananas. Top with nuts. 3. Bake until browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice remaining banana; place on top. Serve.
