5 Ab Exercises That Blast Belly Fat
Belly fat is a common problem area for many women. Luckily, we have Cassey Ho, founder of Blogilates, to show us some floor exercises in the video above that will slim down that stubborn tummy fat in no time. To see the best results, Ho says to do these exercises three to four times a week.
You'll start with the Windmill exercise: Lie flat on your back with your arms stretched wide, palms facing down. Lift your legs straight up, then use your core to move your legs side to side. Try not to lift your back off the mat as drop your legs all the way to the floor. If you can’t quite get your legs to touch the floor on each side yet, that’s OK—flexibility and strength come with time. Next, try the Crunch Twist. Lie on the mat as if you were about to do a crunch, but twist your body slowly as you sit up.
