Dolly Sengsavang is a RYT-200 yoga teacher, recipe developer, food photographer, and freelance writer from Massachusetts. She took an interest in health and wellness with a holistic approach when she was figuring out ways to heal her body from the inside out due to various gut issues. She found that food and mindful movements helped heal her physically, mentally, and spiritually. This led her to starting her recipe blog A Dash of Dolly where you can find recipes for various dietary needs. During this time she also took a 200 hour yoga teacher training course and has been certified to teach yoga specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative. Outside of developing recipes, practicing and teaching yoga, she is a proud puppy mom to a very energetic Australian Shepherd and an avid runner.

Dolly has been a full time food blogger for the past 5 years focusing on recipes that uses whole ingredients. She began focusing on healing her body with a holistic approach which led her to creating recipes for brands such as Whole Foods, Whole30, The Primal Kitchen, and many other brands that believe in using food as medicine. She is also a certified yoga teacher that has been practicing for over 10 years. When recommending products, Dolly approaches picking products with a holistic approach in mind.
