Caroline is a media dietitian in the greater Washington, DC area. She writes for Eat This, Not That!, Livestrong.com, and Clean Plates. She has completed and written hundreds of media interviews and freelance articles for top-tier media outlets. She partners with nutrition brands as a nutrition expert for recipe development and content creation. She runs a nutrition private practice for women who want to stop dieting and gain a confident relationship with food.

She loves living in northern Virginia where she can breathe fresh air on the farm, but also jet into Washington, DC for a day in the city. In her free time, you can find her learning how to homestead, weight training, going for a hike with her family and her dog, Brody, or tinkering with a new recipe.


Caroline went to James Madison University for her undergraduate degree in nutrition. She went on to complete her didactic internship at Meredith College. She became a Registered Dietitian in 2017 and became a board-certified diabetes educator (CDCES) in 2019.
