Mary Choy, PharmD,BCGP, FASHP, is a pharmacist with board certification in geriatric pharmacotherapy. She is the Director of Pharmacy Practice of the New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists in addition to leadership roles in multiple state and national professional pharmacy associations. Dr. Choy has also received numerous awards including the American Pharmacists Association Immunization Champion Award and a New York State Assembly Citation for exemplary service in improving healthcare.

She has authored scientific articles and the book Healthcare Heroes: The Medical Careers Guide. Dr.Choy published the book to provide insight to anyone in the general public about the modern healthcare team. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John's University. Dr. Choy completed her pharmacy practice residency with an emphasis in education at the Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System. During her time there she also taught students at Long Island University. She also earned a certificate in epidemiology and population health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
