Geralyn Dexter, LMHC, is a writer and licensed mental health counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2011. As a therapist, she has served in outpatient, community-based, and telehealth environments. She was a co-chair for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance's (DBSA) Young Adult Council.
