Dana Angelo White, MS, RDN

Dana Angelo White, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), journalist, cookbook author, and nutrition and fitness consultant. She specializes in sports nutrition, culinary nutrition, and recipe development.

Dana is the author of cookbooks First Bites: Superfoods for Babies and Toddlers and Healthy Air Fryer Cookbook. She also works closely with chefs and authors to create healthy recipes for cookbooks, magazines, and menus.

Dana has served on advisory boards for Applegate, Chobani, Greatist, Healthy Happy Kids, and Verywell Fit. Her recipes, quotes, and articles have been featured on Shape, Seventeen, Men's Health, Maxim Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, and many more. Dana is a nutrition expert for Food Network and founding contributor for their Healthy Eats blog. She has also made appearances on Access Hollywood, ABC Nightly News, GMA Health, NBC Connecticut, and is a regular contributor to the Better Connecticut show.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Dana provides emergency medicine and rehabilitation services to high school, college and professional athletes. She has a master's degree in nutrition education from Teachers' College-Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in sports medicine from Quinnipiac University.
