Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (5 oz.)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (5 oz.)
  • 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 piece (1/2 in.) fresh ginger, minced (1 Tbsp.)
  • 1-2 teaspoon raw honey
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation


Start with fruit and sparkling water. Grab the add-ins and put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth; sip away!
