Spike It - Per serving, reduce elderflower tonic to 2 tablespoons, and add 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) gin and 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain, per glass.

How to Make It

Stir together 1/4 cup elderflower tonic water, 3 tablespoons grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 6 tablespoons club soda in each of 2 rocks glasses. Fill to the top with ice. Garnish with lime wedges; serve immediately.
