Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 finely grated clove garlic
  • 1 thinly sliced scallion

Preparation


Stir all ingredients together. Mix vegetables with marinade in a ziplock bag 1 to 2 hours before grilling, then chill. Remove vegetables from bag (discard marinade) and grill as the recipe directs.
