  • 4 ounces green olives
  • 4 ounces black olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper


  1. 1. Heat all ingredients in a skillet over medium. Sauté, tossing until starting to brown (3 minutes). Serve warm or at room temperature.
