  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 2 ounces fresh red or pink grapefruit juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons
  • Splash of bitters (such as Urban Moonshine)
  • Garnish: grapefruit slice, star anise


  1. Combine Campari, grapefruit juice, infused Star Anise Agave Nectar (optional), and a splash of bitters. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass; garnish with a slice of grapefruit and/or star anise. Serve immediately.

    After a big meal, sip this for better digestion. Bitters and star anise are natural tummy soothers.
