Kale and Smoked Mozzarella Pizza



  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded smoked mozzarella
  • 1 prepared 12-inch thin-crust pizza crust, such as Boboli
  • 1 cup precooked kale
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange kale over cheese. Bake directly on top oven rack until cheese is melted and crust is crisp, about 9 minutes. Drizzle pizza with oil. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over top.
