Mint Mojito



  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup white rum
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water


1. Combine mint, agave, rum, and ice cubes in pitcher.

2. Mash mint leaves, rum and agave together; stir in lime juice and water. Serve.
