    Before leaving a public restroom and after washing hands, use the paper towel after drying your hands to open the door when leaving. There’s often a garbage bin near the door. It’s shocking to see how many men and women don’t wash their hands after using a restroom!

    Public restroom door knobs are filthy! It’s shocking to see how many men, women and children who don’t wash their hands before leaving a restroom. To protect yourself, after washing your hands, use the paper towel to open the door. Often there is a trash bin near the door.

    As you look at the label, nutritional information is only a part of the process. You need tolook at the chemicals and additives you are ingesting, what harm they might do or not do.
