Edamame Guacamole

Ingredients:
•1 ripe avocado
•1 cup edamame, shelled
•1 lime, juiced
•1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
•2 tsp. minced garlic
•1/3 bunch of cilantro
•1/2 cup chopped tomato
•1/4 cup chopped onion
•Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve cold.
