She is clinical director of Women's Mental Health Associates in Philadelphia and a clinical associate professor of psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine. In this video, she explains the difference between baby blues and postpartum depression: the blues resolve in a few weeks. Postpartum depression doesn't go away by itself, and requires treatment. One of the worst co-factors is sleep deprivation.
