Not being able to fall asleep—or waking up long before your alarm—is one of the most frustrating things a person can go through. Sometimes just talking to others with similar problems can help; that's why we've combed the Internet to find the best resources for anyone suffering from insomnia.

While sleep experts don't recommend surfing the Web from your bed in the middle of the night (it's bad sleep hygiene!), visiting these sites while you're awake and alert—and far from your bedroom—may give you some insight and tips for better sleep.
