Consider fish oil

Some people claim that fish oil helps their psoriasis. Although there are no big studies to back this up, it does make sense because the omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil have anti-inflammatory properties. But too much omega-3 can be a bad thing. New studies link high amounts of these supposedly healthy fats with problems fighting off infections. Talk to your physician or a nutritionist before supplementing your diet.
