Tea Could Increase Bone Density

Stronger bones are in the bag.

Brew some black, oolong, or green tea if you want to buff up your bones. Over the course of 10 years, the bone density of tea drinkers increased by 4 to 6 percent more than those who went tealess, according to a recent Taiwanese study. Just two cups a day provided the same bone benefits as two to three servings of dairy. Double up by adding some milk to your Earl Grey.
