Wearing fitted clothes will make you more aware of your body and less likely to overindulge, celebrity diet chef Bethenny Frankel says. That doesnt mean a comfort sacrifice, though: “Invest in some fitted yoga pants that feel good but still allow you to see what you actually look like,” she says.
