Crossed-Leg Swivel
1. While sitting, cross left leg over right leg; place right hand or elbow on crossed knee.
2. Gently turn upper body to the left, and look back over left shoulder (turning neck only as far as is comfortable).
3. Take 2 long deep breaths, and relax into the stretch.
4. Release, switch legs, and twist the other way.
5. Repeat as needed.
